Getting your Coir Unit
- Make your reservation.
- Apply for all necessary permits and site prep.
- Your unit is prefabricated to be assembled on site in 7-14 days and with minimal tools.
- Shipped palletized for safety and simple unpackaging.
Building Your LIM Living ADU
- Your unit is delivered “panelized” and finished — no time spent cutting, painting, or drywalling required.
- Simply connect floor and wall panels with pre-installed windows and door frames to foundation beams.
- Connect roof panels, setup the kitchenette, bathroom, and HVAC, and attach siding to complete.
- DIY or hire a contractor. Minimal tools required.
